Randy Riggs

Randy is a Waco native who received his BBA in accounting at Baylor. He was elected County Tax Assessor in 2012. He served on the Waco City Council from 2000-2004 and 2005-2012. He is a board member for the Waco Civic Theater and is immediate past president of the Texas Association of Regional Councils. He and his wife, Mary Ann, are members First Methodist Church. He has four daughters.

Jennifer Richie was appointed City Attorney for the City of Waco on July 17, 2012. Prior to leading the Waco City Attorney's Office, Richie served as a senior assistant city attorney for the City of Irving and an executive assistant city attorney for the City of Dallas. She also has practiced law at a large, private law firm in Dallas and clerked for the Hon. F.A. Little, Jr., U.S. District Court, W.D. Louisiana. In 2008, Richie was named a "Rising Star" in the Texas Super Lawyer's issue of Texas Monthly magazine.  She graduated magna cum laude from Randolph-Macon Woman's College with honors in Art History and from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University where she was managing editor of the Louisiana Law Review.

Peggy graduated from Richfield High School and earned her BBA in Marketing/Management from Baylor. She has been with Document Solutions since 2007, first in Corsicana. She moved back to Waco in 2012. She was a member of the Corsicana Rotary Club and served on the board from 2010-2013. She is a member of First United Methodist Church and the Waco Chamber of Commerce. She is married to David.

Originally from New Braunfels, Sterling received his BBA in Management from Baylor. He lived in Dallas, Tulsa and, most recently, Austin. In Austin he was COO of the King Company and COO/Partner of International Hanger. He moved to Waco in 2012. He is a member of the Baylor Alumni Association, Waco Chamber of Commerce, Hewitt Chamber of Commerce and First Baptist Church Waco. He and his wife, Leigh, have two sons.

Jessica, who graduated from Waco High, received her bachelor's degree in sociology from Baylor. From 2003 until 2011, she lived in Cuernavaca Mexico, where she worked for the Mexican Institute of Spanish and Culture; Monterrey Tech University; the Center for Global Studies at Augsburg College and St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. She also is an adjunct professor in the Honors College at Baylor. She and her huband, Erick, have two children and are members of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
